Whether you are tracing your family's roots, researching an ancestor, or exploring the history of a property, the HEIRS Heritage Resource Centre offers a wealth of resources to support your research.

Our collections focus on the original Township of Colchester and surrounding communities, with particular emphasis on Harrow and Colchester South. Over the past fifty years, HEIRS has assembled thousands of records that help researchers connect families, properties, and local history.

Researchers have access to a wide range of materials, including:

Family Record Submission

HEIRS welcomes contributions of family histories relating to the original Township of Colchester. By sharing your family's story, you help preserve our community's history and create a valuable resource for future researchers.
